25 Easy Ways to Market with Gratitude (Without Breaking a Sweat)
Since November is National Gratitude Month (apparently gratitude gets only 30 days?), I pulled together a list of 25 ridiculously easy ways to support your clients, vendors, and business buddies.
25 Quick Ways to Show Gratitude (Without Making It Weird):
Leave a client a review.
Comment on their LinkedIn post like a proud grandmother.
Share their post or service on your own social media.
Call just to say “Hi, I’m still alive and cheering for you.”
Ask if they need help in another area you can connect them with.
Send a thank-you card. Paper. With a stamp. Retro, I know.
Mail a birthday/anniversary card before Facebook reminds you.
Feature them in a case study they can brag about.
Give them a public shoutout in your newsletter or feed.
Tag them when you talk about something they inspired (credit where credit’s due).
Introduce them to someone who could help their business
Share their upcoming event or promotion in your Stories
Leave a supportive comment on their Google or Yelp listing
Send a quick email saying what you appreciate about working with them
Forward them a podcast, article, or tool that made you think of their business
Add their business card or flyer to your shop counter or office bulletin board
Recommend their business in a local Facebook or Nextdoor group (when relevant)
Take a photo of their product/service in use and tag them (with permission)
Invite them as a guest on your blog, livestream, or podcast—even if it’s casual
Send a LinkedIn endorsement for their skills
Feature them in a “Client Spotlight” or “Vendor of the Month” post
Congratulate them publicly when they win awards or hit milestones
Write a short testimonial they can use on their website
Refer them for speaking panels, podcasts, or award nominations
Share their fundraiser or community project on your platforms
Happy Gratitude Month—and may your coffee be strong and your clients mildly obsessed with you.
