First, replace the red, bracketed field with your own company information. Then, just copy ‘n’ paste the prompt into the query bar. Click the appropriate settings and Submit. In a few seconds you’ll have your answers!

COMPANY RESEARCH PROMPT

Acting as an expert online researcher, compile a report for me on [your company name]. Scour the internet, including its website, [your URL], social media, directories, press articles, etc., to answer these questions in your report:

1. What does [your company name] do? Describe its products and services and/or the problems that they solve?
2. Can you discern if [your company name] has a unique selling proposition or specialty? If so, please describe it.
3. Would you describe this company’s offerings as inexpensive, middle-of-the-road, or luxurious?
4. Where is it located? And are its customers located in a specific region, or are their customers from all over the U.S.A/worldwide? And how long have they been in business?
5. What type of reputation does [your company name] have? Does it have great customer reviews you can share with me?
6. Can you find any information about [your company name] that is conflicting or unclear? Please list the sources, if you find confusing information.
7. What is [your company name]’s target market? Describe in detail.
8. From a prospective customer’s point of view, what is your impression of [your company name]? Is the online information about this company highly positive? Negative? Or mixed? Explain all your conclusions.
9. Does this company have a lot of competition? If so, please describe and reference their primary competition?
10. Can you determine if this company is highly successful? Or are there weaknesses in their online presence or business offering?

Before you begin this task, review the assignment again. Ask me any questions you need answers to in order to write the most accurate report of your research.
